Is it possible to reserve an item?

Yes, It is possible to set an item on hold, please send an email regarding the item that you would like to reserve. We can reserve items for a maximum of 48 hours, if there is no contact after 48 hours we will offer the item to other interested parties.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment bank transfers or cash.

In what regions and countries do you deliver?

We offer worldwide shipping, CAS is based in Amsterdam, NL.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost are calculated by distance, size and weight of the item in question. Please contact us to get a reliable quotation prior to shipping (shipping costs within the NL is set to a max of €100).

Pick up
Is it possible to pick up my item from the showroom?

Yes, pick up is always a possibility and is free of charge. Once you’ve purchased your item we can set an appointment for you to pick up your item at our Amsterdam showroom within 14 days of purchase. If you need additional time a storage fee will be applicable.

Is it possible to return an item?

No, all sales are final. Vintage pieces show signs of wear that are consistent with age and are sold as is. We always make high quality images of every item and can provide more detailed images if requested. Once an order is fulfilled we can not cancel an online order.

I have an item I want to get rid of, can I sell it via Cas Amsterdam?
